The most convenient way to transfer your website's files to your new web hosting account is via FTP. You should connect to your hosting account and download the files locally to your computer. Then upload them to your new hosting account's main folder (usually public_html, www or httpdocs). But if you don't feel confident and you're more familiar with a control panel, the simplest way to upload your files to your web space is to use cPanel file manager.
Upload your webpages to the space provided by your hosting service using the cPanel file manager or a free FTP software like Filezilla. Now point the domain name that you have already bought to your webspace: in order to update the name servers you will have to use the DNS manager provided by your domain seller or the ChewHOSTING DNS manager if you bought or transfered the domain here. It can be done by accessing the client area.
